The GOOD NEWS on my Apron

Repentance -- the change of your mind and heart about the true nature of sin. Humbly ask GOD for forgiveness. Put your faith in the Person of JESUS, the CHRIST -- His finished work on the Cross -- as the only hope of finding Heaven.

Believe that CHRIST sacrificed His life out of His love for you... that you may be saved from the coming wrath of GOD -- Judgment Day. Believe that JESUS defeated death -- believe the fact of His resurrection. Believe that resurrection to eternal life in heaven is your eternal fate when you put your faith in Him.

Believe that when you surrendered your rights to your rights to follow JESUS, you have the GODhead -- the Father, the Son, the Spirit -- indwelling you, for the Son is in the Father and the Father in the Son, and the Spirit is of the Son and of the Father. They are equal and one and the same -- and when you are given the Holy Spirit at the moment of salvation, you have the three as one indwelling GOD, empowering you to accomplish the purposes of Him who created all. (John 14)

Out of the unfathomable heart of GOD, where grace and mercy flow, His children -- those who believe and declare that JESUS is LORD -- receive unconditional love, the joy of the LORD as their strength, peace that surpasses the world's understanding.

Because GOD is holy and righteous -- He must judge sin. But because He is Love, He gave His only...

Begotten Son...

...for GOD so loved the world. (John 3:16)

He so loved us, wretched clay wallowing in the world's mire -- that He died in our place. JESUS was the sacrificial Lamb who paid for the penalty of our sins.

The Good News is that we don't have to die into hell after we die on earth. JESUS the GOD-Man suffered the shame and brutality of the Cross so that those who repent and turn to Him as the only Way to eternal Life and believe the Truth that He is indeed LORD will be saved from eternal hell.

This is the apron i wear daily at work. Most of my co-workers are Spanish speakers... but for the SPIRIT of GOD, language is no barrier, for He works in the hearts of those He draws to CHRIST. This rLn "tract" is my loud declaration that i am JESUS' sheep -- speaking the Truth silently, unobtrusively... yet stylishly.
